Placement Categories

In your Commerce Media and Deeplink campaigns, you can freely choose your supply reach based on the Placement categories introduced by Zeropark. They have been created based on the type of media and/or placement offered by the publisher.

Choosing Placements in Placement Categories

Some of Zeropark's Commerce Media Placement Categories allow you, as an advertiser, to dive even one step deeper into the supply, and choose granular placement toggles with specific publisher sites or apps.

Setting up Placement Categories while creating campaigns:

  1. Open the Campaign Creation form in the Zeropark Dashboard.
  2. Choose Commerce Media or Deeplink campaign format.
  3. Proceed with creating your campaign as usual.
  4. In the ‘Placement Category’ section, enable your desired toggles.
  5. Proceed with creating your campaign as usual.

Setting up Placement Categories with the ‘Bulk uploads’ feature:

To enable the Placement Categories for multiple new campaigns (now with an unlimited number of campaigns per upload) in one go, you can do it via the ‘Bulk uploads’ feature:

  1. In the standard Zeropark campaign upload CSV file, find the newly added Placement Categories column.
  2. Click the ‘Bulk upload’ button in the top menu of the Dashboard (to see it, you’ll need to have this option enabled for your account).
  3. Drag or browse the saved CSV report with all the needed campaign targeting.
  4. Click the ‘Next’ button.
  5. The new campaign targeting options should be implemented once your file has been checked. The new campaigns will reflect your desired MSN traffic targeting.

You can now also set the custom bids for your campaigns on the category level! The following hierarchy of custom bids applies: target → category → source → campaign.
