Campaign Statuses
In efforts to process campaigns faster, allow better user experience, and provide quicker access to reporting in the platform, all Zeropark campaigns are subdivided into several categories in accordance with their activity status.
Campaign Status | Description |
---|---|
When the campaign is settled up, it needs to be reviewed by the Zeropark team. Campaigns under the review have the Pending status. | |
After saving your campaign, it will go to the Draft status (if you did not provide keywords during the campaign creation process). This status means that you need to provide keywords in order to start receiving traffic. Click the Finish draft option from the Actions drop-down menu. | |
After saving your whitelist campaign, it will go to the Draft - no sources status or Draft - no targets (if you did not provide sources or targets during the campaign creation process). This means that you need to provide sources or targets in order to start receiving traffic. Click the Finish draft option from the Actions drop-down menu. | |
Campaigns with the Active status keep receiving traffic and spending money, even if the offer itself is expired. In that case, don’t forget to pause or delete them. You can restore the deleted campaigns within the next 24 hours. | |
If your campaign can’t pass our security checks, the status will be set to Rejected. Such a campaign can still be reviewed and reapproved, but only at the request and after the new checks are made. You can read more about the rejection reasons in the Compliance and Policy Guidelines section. | |
The campaign has this status if your account balance drops to $0. | |
The campaign has this status if it has reached the budget cappings (daily or total) that you have set. | |
The campaign has this status if you created a source campaign and then you delete them. | |
This status indicates that your campaign is automatically paused in accordance with your day parting settings. | |
All campaigns that meet any of the three criteria listed below will be archived. The Archived status means all custom optimizations on targets, keywords, countries, and sources will be removed. You will still be able to access reports on the archived campaigns.A campaign will be archived if it meets the following criteria:Deleted status for at least 24 hours.Paused or Rejected status, created at least 3 months ago, didn't spend any money in the last 3 months.Archived status but created at least 6 months ago and didn't spend in the last 6 months.Zeropark Note: Archived campaigns cannot be reactivated. | |
