Bulk Actions

Bulk action is a new feature that allows Zeropark customers to complete multiple actions at once in their panel. It allows skipping manual work in a bundle of campaigns that sometimes is required. So, instead of inputting changes in all the campaigns one by one, Zeropark advertisers can use a quicker way to do so - a bulk order in a simple template.

What you can do with Bulk Actions

Bulk actions allow Zeropark users to complete multiple changes at once, and the editable settings are:

  • Campaign URL,
  • Campaign bid,
  • Total budget,
  • Daily budget,
  • Campaign name,
  • Source daily budget,
  • Target daily budget (unavailable in some legacy formats).

Uploading the bulk edits

  1. Download the CSV report in the ‘Bulk actions’ menu in the Campaign Overview sections of your Dashboard. Freely filter what campaigns you want to download the file with editable targeting.
  2. In the CSV file, make all the needed changes in your campaigns.
  3. Click the ‘Bulk upload’ button in the top menu of the Dashboard (to see it, you’ll need to have this option enabled for your account).
  4. Drag or browse the saved CSV report with all the needed campaign edits.
  5. Click the ‘Next’ button.
  6. The changes in your campaign should be implemented once your file has been checked.

Placement categories in bulk uploads

Open Bulk edits window to upload your cvs files

Exporting to CSV

  • If you want to resume, pause, delete keywords; or edit the bid, resume, or pause targets; you need to choose the desired item from the list by ticking the checkbox on the right, then click on the Bulk actions button in the top right corner of each section, and complete the action. You can now export more than 200 campaigns at once.
Export CSV report files in the campaigns view window of your dashboard
  • For CSV exports just click the button on the right. Please note this feature exports data for all items of a given section.
Once your report is successfully exported, you can download it from the "exported reports" tab

Bulk actions are not enabled for every Zeropark user by default. If you need to have the feature in your account, reach out to your Account Manager.

Do not change the contents of the Campaign ID column, as all the edits are submitted to the system based on the Campaign ID.

Should any errors occur after you have submitted the edits, you will be notified and receive a new file with a column indicating the errors per specific campaign id.

The bulk edits will be uploaded to all the rows that have correct values, and invalid ones will be rejected by the system. One invalid value in the row (campaign) means that the rest of the changes in the said campaign will be denied as well.

MODIFYING CAMPAIGN BIDS

In order to set a custom value for the bid, perform the following steps:

  • Go to the Targets or Sources tab.
  • Select the Source or Target you'd like to set the custom bid for by ticking the checkbox on the left.
  • Next, click on the Bulk actions button and choose the Edit bid option.
You can modify zeropark commerce media campaign bids on target and source level
  • Enter desired values.
Use bulk edit bid feature to set, edit or remove custom bid for all selected elements

If you set a custom bid for:a target, it will override both source and campaign bids.a source, it will override the default campaign bid.

In the target campaigns, you can use the ‘Input manually’ option to submit targets and custom bids to update these. If your target had a custom bid before, and you do not wish to be so anymore, you can simply delete any bid here, and the system will automatically apply the campaign-level bid to the said target.

SETTING UP SEARCH MARKETPLACE CAMPAIGNS WITH THE ‘BULK UPLOADS’ FEATURE:

  • In the standard Zeropark campaign upload a CSV file and fill in all the necessary information about your campaign. You can now use the option to set up Source targeting in your campaign as well.
  • Click the ‘Bulk upload’ button in the top menu of the Dashboard (to see it, you’ll need to have this option enabled for your account).
  • Drag or browse the saved CSV report with all the needed campaign targeting.
  • Click the ‘Next’ button.
  • The new campaign targeting options should be implemented once your file has been checked. The new campaigns will reflect your chosen targeting.
