Topping Up
In order to start bidding for traffic, no matter the ad format of your choice, you will need to top up your account.
Your top ups are not turned into any form of virtual money. In Zeropark Commerce Media, every USD that you top up with, is always the same USD when added to your account.
- When you run out of money, Zeropark will stop buying traffic, should you have active campaigns. So make sure to be prepared for your campaign needs.
- To start advertising with Zeropark we require a first-time deposit of $200
Different payment methods have different top-up minimal values:

Only one PayPal or Ingenico credit card payment is allowed before account verification
Please remember that each new account in Zeropark is verified manually and a first-time deposit of a minimum of $200 is required. It will be refunded if your application gets rejected. Upon approval and activation of your account, the first deposit is non-refundable.
To make a top-up follow the steps below:
- Click the + next to your account balance in the dashboard header.
- Select the currency of your payment.
- Select the top-up amount. The minimum top-up at Zeropark is $200.
- Select the payment method.
- Click the Next button.
- Provide payment details appropriate for the selected method of payment and proceed.
