Migration FAQ

Business and technical teams on TONIC. and Zeropark side have worked hard to allow a smooth transition of your account to Zeropark. We made sure both platforms’ features, as well as the exclusive traffic from ParkingCrew, are working seamlessly for your campaigns within Zeropark.

The below FAQ is meant to help you navigate through the migration process.

In case there are more questions, please feel free to reach out to us at support@zeropark.com or contact your assigned Zeropark Account Manager.

By default, your campaigns will be exposed to the same traffic as in TONIC, including exclusive Parking Crew domain inventory. In addition, you will have the option to access all traffic sources from Zeropark.

      2. RON Campaigns: RON campaigns will buy all available traffic.
      3. Source campaigns: you configure what traffic the campaign will buy by providing it with a source list.
      4. Target Campaigns: you configure what traffic the campaign will buy by providing it with a target list.
      5. Keyword Campaigns: keyword campaigns will buy all available traffic with matching keywords.
  19. How different types of TONIC. campaigns are mapped to Zeropark campaigns?

  21. I have funds in TONIC., what can I do about it?You have two options.
    1. The first one is to transfer all of the available funds to Zeropark using our campaign migration tool. In that case your TONIC. account will stop receiving traffic (as it will have no funds to buy it) and you will not be able to top up it again.
    2. If you do not want to transfer your funds to Zeropark then you can request a full refund of your remaining balance in the TONIC. via advertiser@tonic.com.
  22. Is it possible to hide the referrer on domain/pop traffic on Zeropark?
    1. On domain traffic, Zeropark uses javascript redirects which will effectively remove the original referrer and replace it with Zeropark's one. The user will see one of Zeropark’s redirect domains as the referrer.

    3. In both cases, the user can hide the referrer using their tracker.
