Transferring funds to Zeropark


To enable you a smooth transition from TONIC. for Advertisers to Zeropark and to help your campaigns start buying traffic in Zeropark as soon as possible, the migration tool also allows for a quick funds transfer.

Please review the following information to ensure the correct funds transfer.

IMPORTANT:

  1. Please note that the company details provided to both platforms need to match for funds to be transferred accordingly.
  2. Once the funds are transferred to Zeropark:
    1. topping up your TONIC. for Advertisers account will not be possible.
    2. requesting a refund from TONIC. for Advertisers will not be possible.
    3. your TONIC. account will stop receiving traffic.

    Transferring funds to Zeropark will only be possible until March 31st, 2022.

  3. If you do not want to transfer your funds to Zeropark or miss the above deadline, you can request a full refund of your remaining balance in the TONIC. via advertiser@tonic.com.
