Abstract

Learn what different Zeropark campaign statuses mean and to keep your campaigns running.

In efforts to process campaigns faster, allow better user experience, and provide quicker access to reporting in the Zeropark platform, all Zeropark campaigns are subdivided into the several categories in accordance with their activity status.

rejected.png

If your campaign can’t pass our security checks, the status will be set to rejected.png. Such campaign can still be reviewed and reapproved, but only on your request and after the new checks are made. You can click the question mark icon to learn more about rejection reasons.

You can read more about the rejection reasons in the Pop and Domain Ads: Campaign Guidelines or Push Ads Campaigns Guidelines article.

The campaign has the out_of_credit.png status, if your account balance drops to $0.

out_of_budget.png

The campaign has the out_of_budget.png status, if it has reached the budget cappings (daily or total) that you have set.

day-parting.png

The status indicates that your campaign is automatically paused in accordance with your settings.

archived.png
