Pop and Domain Compliance Guidelines
All pop and domain traffic campaigns must comply with the requirements specified below, as well as present high-quality content and materials.
The promotion of prohibited content listed below or the use of any prohibited practices will result in the campaign being rejected.
In accordance with Zeropark Terms and Conditions (3.3), any violation may also be subject to temporary account suspension or a permanent account ban.

Abusive
Discrimination
Fake news
False celebrities endorsement
Harsh, insulting, vulgar language or profanity
Hate Speech
Misleading or illegitimate claims
Illegal or illicit content and activities
Tech Support
Trade-in illegal goods or substances
Trademark infringement
Violent pornography and sexualization of minors
Violent, shocking, frightening, or provoking images and websites
Weapons and explosives
Restricted content:
Adult - Landing pages or affiliate offers featuring adult content or offers are only allowed for campaigns running adult traffic specifically.
Smartlink - Smartlinks and rotating landing pages or offers are only allowed if in accordance with Zeropark compliance guidelines.
Note
However, this may limit the performance or traffic volume due to selected publishers’ restrictions concerning smartlinks.
Antivirus - False statements, e.g.: “Your device has been infected by (3) viruses”, “PC is in danger!”, “You have been hacked” are not allowed.
Gambling – Running gambling campaigns targeted at certain countries is prohibited in Zeropark due to local legal restrictions.
Note
Remember to check if the country/region you'd like to target with your gambling campaigns allows for a specific offer/content. For example, US regulations vary per state and each case needs to be considered on an individual basis.
Political content cannot advocate for or promote one political view or party over another.
Prohibited practices
Lack of domain (destination URL is an IP address).
Auto-downloads (without user consent and click).
Spreading malware (i.e. viruses, trojans, ransomware, adware, spyware, rootkits).
Copyright infringement.
Adult content campaigns run on non-adult traffic.
Running pages with no option to exit (i.e. text boxes that are too large to close, browsing lockers, back-button hijack).
Video or sound clips with excessive volume.
Rotation or substitution of allowed content with prohibited content.
Phishing, imitation of interfaces of well-known sites (e.g. online shops, messengers, applications, banks, government institutions).
Cloaking or any techniques for hiding real content.
Common rejection reasons
Pop and Domain traffic campaigns will be rejected due to the following:
Incorrect campaign destination URL setup.
A landing page is not visible due to a landing page error (including HTTP 5xx server and 4xx client errors) or offer expiry).
Send a screenshot along with the campaign name to support@zeropark.com.
No {cid} token in the campaign destination URL.
Your first campaigns may be rejected due to a lack of our tracking tokens.
If you do not track your campaigns with tokens (server-to-server tracking), please let us know at support@zeropark.com.

The bid is too high.
We run on CPV, not CPM.
Check Zeropark Traffic Calculator for competitive bidding.
Use of aggressive, vulgar, violent, or offensive wording in any language.
Use of celebrities' or politicians’ names to sensationalize the promoted content (“fake news” and negative representation of the individuals featured).
The use of texts, promoting a product or a service on behalf of celebrities or politicians without their official permission and consent.
Promoting prohibited content.
Use of prohibited practices.
