Commerce Media Tech is a brand we created to show our commitment to Commerce Media advertising and the future of this segment. You may have already noticed that for a while now, we’ve been travelling the global industry events as CMT, and now’s the time for a grand reveal 👇
- The Zeropark Panel that you all know will remain home to our core operations within the non-Commerce Media advertising,
- while we introduce the Commerce Media experience developed on a newly launched CMT platform.
Commerce Media Tech (CMT) will be a new storefront dedicated exclusively to your Commerce Media experience. For now, the changes are only visual, but stay tuned for major developments in technology!
Our team kicks off a twin-track approach to the solutions we provide, improving and propelling the technology available to our advertisers and publishers.
What’s changing?
📅 Today, we’re decoupling the in-panel user experience between Zeropark and Commerce Media Tech. This comes as a promise of great changes and improvements to all sides of our operations!
Commerce Media formats will now operate under the Commerce Media Tech (CMT) brand with a refreshed look and feel aligned with the new brand. Access the new-old panel here: [LINK]
What’s not changing?
- Your campaigns run undisrupted
- You don’t need to migrate data or setup
- Your performance and results stay the same.
- Your workflow is unchanged.
- Your API management doesn’t change.
- Your login credentials work as before (you’ll be automatically redirected to a new platform). You can also use the new CMT login page.
- Your Account Manager and support contacts remain the same.
Why are we making this change?
We have always provided high-performing solutions across multiple formats. Over the years, our focus has evolved, and after the great success of Commerce Media within the Zeropark platform, we have decided to give each branch the attention it deserves.
Commerce Media Tech is a brand we introduced in 2024 to display our focus on the Commerce Media space. Now, it becomes the official home of our Commerce Media ads. This will allow us to:
- Provide Commerce Media with its own identity and space.
- Deliver a streamlined, future-ready platform experience.
- Ensure that each format evolves in the best way possible for your advertising goals.
- Create space for a faster tech growth
What does this mean for you?
- If you are running Commerce Media exclusively:
You’ll now find all your Commerce Media campaigns under the new Commerce Media Tech brand. You can log in as usual or use the new CMT login page.
Nothing changes in your campaigns, workflow, or results. For now, the changes for you are only visual. - If you are using both Commerce Media and non-Commerce Media formats:
For now, you’ll continue to see all formats and other formats on one panel. But make sure to get accustomed to the CMT brand, as soon, we’ll separate your ads between two different platforms:
- Zeropark for non-Commerce Media
- CMT for Commerce Media formats
You’ll get plenty of notice before this transition takes place. For now, you don’t need to do anything. - If you are using non-Commerce Media formats exclusively:
There will be no changes to your experience. You can continue to use Zeropark just as you do today.

Q&A
Q: Will my campaigns be affected?
A: No. All your campaigns remain exactly as they are, with no impact on performance or delivery.
Q: Do I need to create new login credentials?
A: No. Your existing credentials still work. You’ll also have the option to use the new CMT login page.
Q: I run both Commerce Media and non-Commerce Media Ads. Do I need to switch platforms now?
A: Not yet. For now, both formats are available in one panel. Over time, they will be separated into two platforms (Zeropark and CMT), but we’ll give you plenty of notice before that happens.
Q: I only run non-Commerce Media Ads. Does this affect me?
A: Not at all. You will continue working in Zeropark Panel as usual.
