Quickstart a New Search Marketplace Ad Campaign

What is Search Marketplace?

Search Marketplace is the new type of ad format available in Zeropark. It is a brand-safe and non-intrusive format designed specifically to instantly match brands with customers.

Search ads work on the CPC cost model.

Depending on the advertiser's needs, Zeropark offers two campaign types.

  • Branded Search allows redirecting users looking for your brand directly to your brand’s website.

  • Generic Keyword Search allows targeting both generic keywords and brand names while redirecting users to relevant pages.

How Does It Work?

There are two ways in which customers can interact with these ads:

  • Instant Search(mobile only): a customer starts typing in a search query using a keyboard app, and sees the suggestion of a brand URL. Upon clicking the suggested ad, this customer is then directed to the desired website.

  • Tiles (mobile and desktop): a customer starts inputting text inside a keyboard app (mobile) or inside a publisher's search engine (desktop) and sees the suggestion tile with related content. Upon clicking the tile, this customer is then directed to the desired website.


Setting Up a New Search Marketplace Campaign

The campaign creation process differs for Branded Search and Generic Search Campaigns. That's why we've dived the following instruction into Part I (common for both campaign types) and Part II (depending on the desired campaign type).

Part I:

In order to create a new search ads campaign, follow the steps below:

  1. In Zeropark, click the New campaign button.

  2. Select the Search traffic type.

  3. Choose the type of ad format for your campaign. You can choose between:

    a) Branded Search: redirecting users looking for a brand directly to the brand’s website.

    b) Generic Keyword Search: targeting both generic keywords and brand names to redirect users to relevant pages.

  4. Provide a name for the campaign in the Campaign name text field.

  5. Select the status after approval. This defines if your campaign will run immediately after approval or will wait for your action.
