Quickstart a New Push & In-Page Push RON Campaign

Push ads offer a non-intrusive, user-friendly, and highly engaging way for advertisers to reconnect and expand their audiences.

Performing exceptionally well for almost any type of advertising campaign, these interactive ad messages are delivered directly to users' mobile or desktop devices anytime, anywhere.

Zeropark offers also in-page push ads — a variation of push traffic.

In-page push ads are displayed directly on a website and resemble standard push ads. They can be viewed on all devices and OSes, including iOS.

Zeropark allows three types of push ads targeting:

  • RON — This option targets all traffic coming from a selected GEO. If a new source appears in this GEO, your campaign will start buying traffic from this new source as well.

  • Target — This option targets a single website or websites. You need to provide a list of targets for this campaign to start receiving traffic.

  • Source — This option targets traffic coming from a single source publisher, that usually consists of several targets. You need to provide a list of sources for this campaign to start receiving traffic.

RON campaigns can be now created using a refreshed campaign creation form. Works on adding a new campaign creation form for Target and Source push campaigns are in progress and will be completed soon. Instruction on creating Target and Source push campaigns can be found here.

Setting up a new push & in-page push RON campaign

  1. In Zeropark, click the New campaign button.

  2. Select the Push traffic type.

  3. Select the RON targeting option.

  4. Provide a name for the campaign in the Name text field.

  5. Select the status after approval. This defines if your campaign will run immediately after approval or will wait for your action.

  6. Next, add your creative assets and use the Preview toggle to see how your ad creative looks like across various browsers.

    • Zeropark supports multiple creatives in a single campaign. This means that you can have up to 10 active sets of creatives per campaign, and traffic will be optimized accordingly to the most clickable creative (CTR).

    • Start the creation process by uploading images (192×192, max 1MB in total size, .jpg or .png formats). You can upload up to 10 different images at once.

    • Click on each creative and fill out the title and description sections.

    • The max title length is 30 characters and the max description length is 75 characters. You cannot leave these fields empty. A preview of the currently selected creative will be displayed on the right. Click on another set to see its preview.

    • You can delete each creative set and add a new one/ copy an existing one at any point, as long as you don’t surpass the 10 active ad variants per campaign limit.

    • You’re also able to crop newly added images while the ad creative is still in draft mode. Please note that image cropping doesn’t work for copied creative sets or after your campaign has been saved.

    • For every image you upload (meaning, for every set you create), there is a unique ID tied to it, so you can track and compare the performance of your ads.

    • If you delete a creative set after you start your campaign, and add a new one, the old set ID will still show up in the report, so you can compare the results of all ad variants you used.

    • You can use one creative set for your campaign if you don’t feel like A/B testing. However, we do recommend trying out different sets as it helps you understand what kind of creatives work well for your offer, and optimize your campaigns for a higher ROI.

  7. Provide a destination URL in the Destination URL text field. Include all necessary tracking tokens.

  8. Set the payout options.

  9. (Optional) Decide, if you want to use the conversion capping feature.

  10. Select a country you want to target.

  11. (Optional) Enable the Regions / cities targeting toggle to include or exclude certain regions or cities.

    • Click on No regions, provide a name or names of regions and decide if you want to include or exclude them. Note that once you do so, you will only have an option to block traffic from selected cities.

    • Click on No cities, provide a name or names of cities and decide if you want to include or exclude them. Note that once you do so, including or excluding regions will be disabled.

Zeropark Tip: You can also change region / city targeting option from the dashboard, while your campaign is running.

  12. Choose language targeting if needed.

  13. Set adult filtering.

  14. (Optional) Set up device filters and OS and browser targeting options.

  15. Select one or both push traffic types. If you want to learn more about the In-page push traffic type, read the In-page Push Ads article.

  16. (Optional) Set up frequency filters by turning the toggle on or off and selecting the frequency value from the drop-down menu.

  17. (Optional) Set up day-parting options that define the schedule of your campaign's run.

  18. Select inventory type — for now, RON targeting is the only option available for the new campaign creation form.

  19. Provide a bid value in the Bid text field.

  20. Set your campaign and daily budgets options.

  21. Select your spending strategy.

  22. Set your sources and target budget options.

  23. Select your tracking solution and copy the postback URL to the clipboard. You will be able to provide it to your tracker or affiliate network.
